Juan Salvador is the loneliest penguin in the world. A real-life Magellanic penguin rescued on a beach in Uruguay by a Brazilian fisherman.

A penguin once got lost at sea. No colony, no mate. Just waves. He should've disappeared, most do, but one human helped him survive, cleaned him, fed him. Let him rest.

Months later, the penguin left, the ocean called and years passed. And every time he could... he came back, not because he was lost, but because he remembered where he was saved.
